What an incredible honor to get to build the new Irrigation Pond for Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, KS. This new lined pond and wet well structure will store considerably more irrigation supply for this beautiful, award winning course currently ranked 23rd in the Nation by Golf Digest. When completed the pond will be 25' deep and provide cooler, cleaner water for the new irrigation system installed in 2023. Stay tuned for more as this project develops. Prairie Dunes Country Club

Job Responsibilities:
o Responsible for overseeing the safe completion of PLI civil, concrete, earthwork, and utility projects
o Working efficiently and in the professional manner expected by PLI
o Ability to conduct a safe jobsite
o Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
o Takeoff and place concrete material orders as needed for timely completion of the work
o Properly communicate with all project members and create an attitude of teamwork on the jobsites.
o Responsible for time tracking of self-performance labor crews and equipment and cost coding of invoices and deliveries
o Manage manpower and equipment resources efficiently over multiple ongoing projects and in communication with peers and other parts of the business.
o Be familiar with or qualified to operate equipment commonly found on a construction jobsite.

Job Qualifications:
o Experience running a crew of 3 to 10 workers of various skills and disciplines.
o Must be skilled with overseeing earthwork, concrete and utility projects and have relevant project history.
o Must have a great attitude and be willing to work hard and set the example for his/her crew.
o Driver’s License required, Class A CDL with Combined Vehicle and Air Brake endorsements is preferred
o Pass a background check, pre-employment, and random drug testing
o Enjoys making work fun for his/her crew and subcontractors
o Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a big plus

Starting Wage for Laborers $11-$14/hr; Carpenters & Finishers $16-$22/hr
