Customers in Lakeshore Dr. area will be experiencing interrupted water service due to a line repair in the area. Crews are alreaady on site and service will be restored as soon as possible.

Water Line Repair Alert
September 29, 2026

Water Service will be interrupted on Sandpoint rd area, ranging from Mead Cemetery Rd to South Ranchette rd, including some residents in t the Mcintosh Rd to repair a broken service line. Crews have been dispatched and service will be restored as soon as possible.

Water Leak Repair Alert!!!! Water Service will be interrupted in and around the Park Lake Area due to a growing leak. Crews have been dispatched and service will be restored as soon as possible.

WATER LINE REPAIR ALERT: Customers around the Portman Lane area of Silo could see service interruption due to an active leak on Portman lane. Crews are dispatched and water will be restored as soon as repairs are completed.

Today we said best wishes and good luck to our Field Superintendent Merle Pearce. He has invested himself into the water system for 30 yrs, from the deepest ditches to the top of our brand new 750k gallon water storage tank and everywhere in between. He has been integral in the growth and development that has allowed us to facilitate the growing needs of the system, and his knowledge has been invaluable. Thabk you for your service, Happy retirement Merle! Leave some fish for the rest of us.

AD FOR BOARD MEMBER
Bryan Co. Rural Water District #2 has a seven (7) member Board of Directors, which oversees all operations of the District. Two (2) of these Seven (7) Director’s, Linda Henderson and Mark Smith, terms have expired. Both have volunteered to serve another term, if re-elected. If interested in volunteering to serve on our Board, you must submit application to the Water District Office between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday by 4:00 P.M. on October 9, 2026. Board Member Applications are available on our website and in our office. Blank applications can also be emailed upon request. Applicants must be members of Rural Water District #2 and water bills must be current. If elected, you must be willing to serve a 3-year term, attend at least one meeting per month and attend 6 hours of training within the first year. If any other applications are received, voting will be held at the Rural Water District #2 Office located at 9077 U.S. 70, Mead, OK 73449 on Monday, November 9, 2026 starting at 9:30 A.M. with Polls closing at 4:30 P.M.

UPDATE: We have found the leak. All customers north of the Rollingwood Hills area and along the west side of Highway 78/48 will be without water until repairs are completed. We appreciate your patience.

We are currently in the process of looking for a major water break around our water treatment plant in the Rollingwood Hills area. We need all customers to please conserve water at this time. Only use what is absolutely necessary. We appreciate your cooperation.

WATER OUTAGE IN THE WILLOW SPRINGS AREA
September 18, 2026

Water service will be interrupted in the Hilltop 2&3 areas of Willow Springs for a line break repair. Crews have been disptached and service will be restored as soon as possible.

SCHEDULED WATER OUTAGE FOR PARKLAKE AREA
September 18, 2026

Customers in the Park lake area may experience a water outage on the morning of 9/18/2026 from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm due to a line repair at parklake and Bridlewood rd. Water service will be restored as soon a repairs can be completed.
