In light of the recent billing confusion from our paper statement billing, we have received word that our EBill customers have been receiving accurate billing statements through the online payment system. If you would like to inquire on this convenient bill payment service, feel free to reach out to us here at the office and we will be happy to sign you up for this free service.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:
Please be sure and check the due date on the water bill that you receive in the mail. Any bills with the due date of 8/10/26, DO NOT PAY. These are not the correct bills; they are duplicates of last month's bills. You should be receiving the correct water bill with the due date of 9/10/26 in a few days. Please wait and pay that bill or you may call our office at (580) 924-8517 and we will be happy to provide you with the correct balance on your account. We do apologize for this error.

Customers on Streetman Road and in the Sandpoint area are currently without water due to a water break. Field personnel are in the process of making repairs and water service will be restored as soon as repairs are completed. We thank you for your patience.

To customers located on BRIDLEWOOD DRIVE. Water services will be off tomorrow, August 17th starting at 9am to fix a water leak. Water services will be restored as soon as repairs are completed.

Customers located on Fisherstation Rd and Orchard Rd are currently out of water in order to tie in a new line on Orchard. Water service will be restored as soon as tie in is complete.

NORTH SANDPOINT CUSTOMERS:
Monday August 3rd, water services will be off from 8:30am-10:30am to fix a water leak. Water services will be restored as soon as repairs are completed. Thank you for your patience and understanding !
