Carpet day is always an exciting milestone! 🏡

The carpet has arrived and installation is underway, bringing warmth, comfort, and that “almost home” feeling to this custom build. It’s amazing how one finish selection can completely transform a space and make it feel move-in ready.

Making Room for More. 💪🏡

Big projects sometimes start underground.

To make way for a new 2,000 sq. ft. gym addition complete with a sauna and cold plunge room, we first had to relocate the existing septic system. Careful planning, coordination, and site work ensure everything functions properly before construction begins.

The best builds start with a solid plan—and sometimes that means moving a few things before we can build something amazing.
