The Mowery team has been hard at work both on and off our construction sites this past month!

Our Business Development team stayed busy building connections and industry knowledge at events across the region, including the PSHFE Spring Conference, PHFA Housing Forum, LeadingAge PA, PALA Annual Conference, and I.Con East.

Meanwhile, our Human Resources team partnered with a local York County high school to conduct mock interviews for students pursuing STEM-related careers and university programs, helping them build confidence and prepare for their next steps.

Our Design team also headed to Philadelphia to attend Green Building United's Sustainability Symposium, gaining valuable insights into sustainable building practices and industry trends.

We're proud of our team's commitment to continuous learning, relationship building, and investing in the future of our industry.

This month, Mowery and Cross Keys Village celebrated the groundbreaking of the newest addition to their campus! 🎉

This project brings Mowery back to campus for another phase of beautiful, high-end independent living homes. We’re proud to be building this style of housing for the third time at Cross Keys Village, bringing the campus total to 10 completed buildings.

This newest phase includes 4 new homes that will provide more than 30 additional apartments for residents to enjoy.

We’re honored to continue our partnership with Cross Keys Village and look forward to seeing this exciting project come to life!

Closing out last week’s Construction Safety Week, Mowery hosted a Safety Standdown at our Prologis site in Harrisburg.

During the standdown, everyone on site signed a safety pledge and heard messages about the importance of safety, along with appreciation for their continued commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite. Special thanks to our Safety Director, the Prologis team, and Kinsley’s team for sharing their support and recognition of the crews’ safety efforts.

To wrap up the event, the team enjoyed a catered BBQ lunch from GET Smok'd BBQ.

Safety remains our top priority, and we appreciate everyone who helps make our jobsites safer every day.
