Turning ideas into precision. 💡➡️⚙️
We start by drawing the customer’s part in our drafting software to establish a detailed 2D model. From there, we extract critical dimensions, define tolerances, and verify geometry to ensure machining accuracy. Once the design data is finalized, we write a custom CNC milling program — optimizing speeds, feeds, and cutter paths for the best possible finish and efficiency.

The part on top was a customer sample, and the two below is what we were able to produce.
