It's a great pleasure to provide a review for this wonderful team. They came and serviced my 15 year old unit last summer and gave me the sad news that my unit was working as hard as it could, and I might want to accept the fact that I definitely got my money's worth! I took the advice to heart and put the money aside for this year's install. They came last week and completed the install of my wonderful new system! Aire Care is going to send out AC service reminders May 1st so we can get or schedule together for when the time is right. In the event you have an issue with your AC system, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We are taking this situation very seriously and will do what is necessary to protect you and our technician while we are there.
We are here for you and if you have an issue with your AC or Electrical issue, give us a call. Our supply houses are open and stocked as well as possible and sometime, we can even walk you through it over the phone.
We intend to have a straight forward conversation with you about your situation including whether anyone is sick in the home, even if it just a common cold or seasonal allergy. If there is a way to get to your equipment with as little contact as possible, please advise us including unlocking basement doors, having stairs pulled down to the attic if available, have any access doors open and of course, keeping your distance. If you have a preferred method of sanitization please provide it for us otherwise we will have nitrate cloves but do not have masks as they are nowhere to be found.

This is tragic and could be avoided with a little yard maintenance around your home. Keep your heating and Ac equipment and venting free of bushes, grass, snow and anything that can obstruct .

DURING THE EXTREME HEAT AC SYSTEMS RUN LONG AND HARD BUT...DON'T EXPECT YOUR HOME TO STAY 70*.

ON AVERAGE, MOST HOMES HAVE A DESIGN DIFFERENCE FROM OUTSIDE TO INSIDE OF 15*.
SOME HOMES HAVE A DESIGN DIFFERENCE OF 20*

THAT MEANS THAT IF IT'S 95* OUTDOORS, YOU "SHOULD " GET 15-20* DIFFERENCE INDOORS
OR 75*-80* INDOORS.

THERE ARE A LOT OF FACTORS THAT CAN AFFECT YOUR INDOOR TEMPERATURE.

IF YOU HAVE SHADE TREES, IF YOU HAVE A NEWER HOME, IF YOU HAVE LOW "E" WINDOWS..ALL THAT WILL KEEP YOUR HOME CLOSER TO OR OVER THE 20* SPLIT.

IF YOU HAVE FILTERS YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED IN A WHILE, IF YOU HAVE POOR INSULATION, IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS/DOORS THAT LEAK AIR...YOU CAN'T GET EVEN 15* SOMETIME.

JUST REMEMBER....YOUR SYSTEM IS NOT GOING TO RUN LIKE IT'S 80* OUTDOORS. THE HIGH HUMIDITY PLAYS A VERY IMPORTANT PART TOO.

DO YOUR BEST TO KEEP DOORS CLOSED, BLINDS OR CURTAINS CLOSED AND DON'T EXPECT TO SET THE THERMOSTAT TO 70 ....AND GET 70.....IF YOU DO GET 70* PLEASE LET US KNOW.....WE HAVE CUSTOMERS WE NEED TO SEND TO YOU FOR THE WEEKEND!!!
