Concrete and Gravel Truck Driver

Join a local family-owned business specializing in mobile concrete and gravel delivery. We are currently seeking a concrete truck and gravel truck driver for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, be able to repair the equipment as needed, be safety conscious, dependable, and function effectively as an integral part of a team. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
· Operate concrete and gravel trucks in a safe and productive manner
· Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
· Perform other duties when necessary
Qualifications
· Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with acceptable driving record.
· Must be able to meet physical demands of the position such as walk/stand for long periods, lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects.
· Good communication skills both verbal and written.
· Must work safely in all conditions at all times.
· Must pass pre-employment drug test.

As we approach 🟠🟧🦺Go Orange Day🦺🟧🟠, we want to take a moment to remind everyone that construction season is back and nearing full swing. This means drivers may encounter road closures, lane reductions, or single-lane traffic zones.
Please remember the men and women working roadside are doing so next to live traffic every day. They each have loved ones at home who want them to return safely at the end of every shift.
Help us promote safer driving practices—slow down, stay alert, and wear orange on April 22 in support of work zone safety.
