MIELKE and our affiliated companies perform process & utility piping, steel erection, fabrication, plumbing, HVAC, rigging and Varco Pruden metal building sales & installations across the country and beyond. We are a third generation family business headquartered in Medina, Ohio with permanent branch offices in Ashland, Ohio and Tampa, Florida. We have ongoing full time operations throughout the eastern United States and have successfully completed projects in over 25- states and the US Virgin Islands. We focus mainly on the industrial, institutional and heavy commercial construction markets, but also pursue large multi-family and hospitality projects. We have single project experience on mechanical contracts of over $15M and we have staffed single projects requiring 65+ MIELKE craft professionals. We are properly insured and bondable for all of the project work we perform. MIELKE is a merit shop employer and we offer robust internal training opportunities and certified apprenticeship programs. We are a NCCER accredited training provider and we have an OSHA Master Trainer on staff. Our crane operators are NCCCO certified and all of our welders are independently certified in accordance with ASME standards. We employ a dedicated design engineering team with extensive 3-D BIM modeling capabilities and virtual clash detection software. In support of our field operations we maintain full-time fabrication teams working from multiple facilities equipped with automated pipe & structural steel fabricating equipment.
