Although tasks of this nature may appear minor and inconsequential, they can have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction, as the elimination of mold odors and assurance of a thoroughly sealed environment can be invaluable to them. (I've addressed what I could without charge, but did note that further attention to the drainage plumbing is warranted.)

I don't have before pics but think 8 person section 8 house hold. It was BAD!!!! With that said here's the good, all new....
- flooring
- rebuilt and painted steps
- whole house painted walls and trim.
- new bathtub and major tuneup in the bathroom
- all new door slabs and hardware
- brand new kitchen with up graded washer/ dryer nook
- new outlets and switches
There's not one thing in this place I didn't fix or have my hands on. Turned out beautiful and for the new tenants ill be doing quarterly walk throughs for the owner.
So keep it nice!!!!! Please and thanks.

At first this space seemed almost impossible to fit a bathroom. But with a little shuckin and jivin we made it happen. Sometimes these smaller spaces are more challenging but challeng accepted. Turned out great and not an inch to spare.
