This is a job with a W-2, everything required to perform job duties will be provided.

Solar Electric
Pay is negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities and Duties

To work outdoors Monday-Friday in the Florida sun
To be able to lift 50+ pounds, sometimes on a roof
To show up to work by 7:30 am sharp.
In some circumstances we may have work on the weekend, this is optional and overtime will be paid in most cases.
To install both solar thermal and solar electric systems

This is an opportunity to grow in the industry with pay raises as employees learn to independently perform various installation tasks

This is a job with a W-2, everything required to perform job duties will be provided.

Applicants are expected to have a basic foundation in using construction tools.

-Pool service or plumbing experience is a plus

-Electrical experience is also a plus.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience with raises based on installation ability.

Be comfortable working on a roof
To show up to work by 7:30 am sharp.

When panels were expensive we were a smaller market, because of the price drop we have become a hot spot for solar panels!

Not only will this bring about 7 MILLION solar panels to Florida but it will create more than 200 jobs! Way to go JinkoSolar!

JinkoSolar announced last week that it plans to build a 400-MW capacity solar module manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, Florida. NextEra Energy announced that it plans to buy a significant portion of the modules from the facility over the next four years.
