~We teamed up with Landon Hendrix and his company so that we could expedite the job. One and a half days from start to finish on this 100’ x 8’ wide walkway!
-6x6 posts on 8’ centers
-2x8 joists on 16” centers
-5/4 decking screwed down

•19’ x 13’ lean-to style porch dropped into this house like we’re playing Tetris!

-Insect screen on-top of 2x8 deck joists prior to decking being screwed down.
-Water spigot routed to the exterior of the porch.
-6x6 posts on columns holding up double LVL beams.
-Hardie installed and painted.
-Stained 6” T&G ceiling and electric installed.
-Modified rubber roof.
-Aluminum screen framing with 20/20 no see-um screen.
-Concrete landing pad under the steps and sloped with the yard to help drainage.
-4 days start to finish aside from letting the footers cure

🙅You can’t have a new pool without the perfect back porch.. so we built one!
✔️20’ x 20’ gable screen porch. The rain delays pushed us into day 5 sadly but this would have been a 4 day job from start to finish. My guys and I aren’t quick, we’re efficient because we’ve mastered the trades we offer. Give me a call today so you can see for yourself as we build something for you!

🪏-Grade raised 10” below garage foundation, 12”x12” footer around perimeter, wire mesh and rebar on-top of the moisture barrier, 3000psi concrete with fiberglass, additional sidewalk sloped down to door opening.
🔨-6x6 posts on hurricane brackets with a double 2x10 beam notched in, rafters and ceiling joists on 16” centers, matching GAF shingles, Hardie siding and trim on everything possible and painted to match, matching soffit ceiling/soffits/fascia, 8’ privacy wall on the hot tub side of the porch.
💡150’ of UF-B wire buried and ran to 2 new breakers, 20amp dedicated hot tub GFCI, 4” led puck lights and ceiling installed and wired.
🚰 70’ of water line buried and plumbed through the privacy wall for the hot tub, Hudson Bay HB34 6 person hot tub ordered and installed.
🕷️🍁 Matching 6” gutter and downspout across the front, white aluminum screen framing with 20/20 insect screen and one door.

You just can’t beat a tongue and groove porch ceiling! This was the last step for us on this pergola to porch transformation. We removed the old roof, installed new rafters on the correct pitch, fascia and hardie soffits, gutters, screened it in and finally put up a T&G ceiling.
