Some recent work!! Replaced the whole roof and installed ridge vent, wrapped facial boards with white metal and installed vented soffit to complete the roof system ventilation.
Added a beam under kitchen floor. Then installed new floating floor in kitchen & bathroom. Also put in new automatic foundation vents and cleaned out Crawlspace to let it breathe. Put on new shutters on and painted to customers liking.. painted front door to match. Also fixed some concrete holes in foundation, added some 45degree supports to a pergola. Installed a few interior window blinds. Changed out front and back exterior lights. Mounted a flag pole, pressure washed whole house and shed. Wrapped gable end vents to match and no more painting. Fixed a leaking window. Installed security light on shed. Customer had a great vision. I think it looks a ton better. !!!
