A couple more of what will probably be the last run of front bumpers for the season, ready to go out the door to a sponsored customer.

We burned through approximately 1000’ of tubing this year building bumpers, body supports, rub bars, and repairs. The rack is looking pretty empty now!

Some before and after photos from last week helping get the #5 of Kyle Weber back in shape for the final couple weekends at ABC Raceway! 🏁

We replaced a few damaged tubes that make up part of the radiator support on this ABC Raceway 6-cylinder and got everything welded back together and ready for the track.

A little custom work can make a trailer a lot more functional.

This customer wanted the winch moved off the bed and onto the tongue while keeping it easily removable. We boxed and reinforced the tongue, added a receiver-style mount for the winch, made room for the battery box, and finished everything off with fresh paint.

TRAILER WORK?... YEA.. WE DO THAT! 👍

Customer came to us wanting to mount his winch somewhere other than the bed of his trailer. We came to an agreement on relocating to the tongue. But first we had to make some space on the tongue. Plate steel, some welding, grinding, and sanding and now we have some space to work with.

Plus it looks a lot cleaner now if I do say so myself!

More tools!! 🔧🔧 Over the last few weeks I’ve slowly been adding more equipment to our mobile skid unit. So far since building the skid we have added

-Air bags on the truck to handle the weight
-Lincoln Suitcase for wire capability in the field
- Engine driven air compressor for running air tools
- Currently adding an additional tank rack to hold a bottle of welding gas.

Spool gun and tig setup will be next!
