**Exciting Transformation at the Port Washington Punch List Project!**
Get ready to be wowed! Our latest project in Port Washington is nothing short of spectacular. We kicked things off by adding elegant crown molding and a stylish chair rail throughout the entire first floor, giving the space an upscale feel. We also installed 5 new storm doors, extended walls, and reimagined the kitchen layout for a fresh look.
Heading to the second floor, we didn't hold back on the renovations! Three bedrooms received a stunning makeover, starting with the master en-suite, where we transformed the walk-in closet into a fabulous home office. A brand new closet with matching doors and trim was built, and the floors were refinished to perfection. To top it off, we painted the space and installed two chic new medicine cabinets.
The two additional bedrooms were reconfigured to maximize comfort and style. The middle bedroom now features a cozy recessed alcove perfect for a queen bed, while the other boasts a newly built closet. Both rooms received matching trim, freshly finished floors, and a new coat of paint that brings everything together.
In the hall bathroom, we made significant upgrades with a sleek new toilet and a stylish medicine cabinet that elevate the overall aesthetic.
But wait, there's more! The third floor got its own dose of magic with new lighting in all the bedrooms, a shiny new toilet in the bathroom, and beautiful shiplap installed and painted on the wall in another room. Plus, we added a stunning new mirrored closet door that ties the look together.
As if that wasn’t enough, we transformed the basement storage room into a fabulous finished space, complete with matching floor tile to blend seamlessly with the rest of the basement. We also installed all new drop ceiling tiles throughout, built brand new column enclosures, and completed everything with detailed trim work and fresh paint!
