Nelson + Pope was proud to partner with the Town of Brookhaven Parks and Recreation to revitalize this beloved community gathering place. Our team provided surveying, engineering, landscape design, construction documents, and construction administration services to support a new basketball court, an all-inclusive playground, upgraded lighting, landscaping, fencing, a covered picnic area, and other site enhancements.

Today, St. Michael's Recreation Center offers a safer, more accessible, and welcoming space for residents of all ages. We are honored to have helped preserve this neighborhood park and support its continued role in the community.
