The ceiling fell in,if your home was built before the late 70s, there is a chance they used Sheetrock nails, normally ok, unless they are only 3/4 inch long. New rock,float, texture. Piece of cake.

Haven't posted for a while;,the house was broken in the middle, soup bowl like New Orleans. I raised it 6 inches in the center to 2 inches, repaired half the floor joists, main center beam, added structural support, repaired French drain, fixed framing, raised the roof. Removed massive tree roots causing root heaving There is nothing that can't be fixed. If you need your house shored, tuck pointed or any foundation repairs call: nine o one four nine seven seven two two nine!

Unfortunately it was dark when i finished.. Custom cedar porch/patio cover. This monster was 45 ft. By 17 ft with a 14" overhang.i enjoyed doing it but man it was a lot of work!! Homeowners will finish it with a natural oil most likely for a beutiful look to go the distance!!!

Dont replace your old cast iron tub. Refinish it!!!
