I have attached photos at different stages of the front/side porch build ie stain and installing shutters. The owner decided not to paint the brick or have us do any type of landscaping. He did add a new walkway from the driveway to the front porch.

Here is a project we did about a year ago. We first meet with the owner/owners and try to get their vision thru photos online, from our archives and/or homes they may have seen around town. We also take photos, video and measurements from their home. We then draw up via computer mock drawings both 2d and 3d elevatiations front and side elevations along with 2d plan layout including measurements colors, materials. We go back to the owner to show them the drawings and get their approval or go back
and make further revisions. Any products selected ie stain colors, stone, shingles and etc are added to the proposal. Once we get an okay from the owner/owners we have the final revisions initialed by owner/owners. Below are a few photos showing before, mock drawings, demo and completion. It is very common for the owner to make revisions mid stream. For instance, the house numbers and mailbox were moved from porch to the yard itself.

This morning we started and completed removing a large bookcase measuring approximately 7'-9" x 6"-7" x 2'-2". Going in the space will be two separate closets or one large closet.

Yesterday we started & completed the kitchen backsplash.

About 5 hours in and the backsplash is taking shape. The stone used for the backsplash is quartzite. The countertops are quartzite as well.
