Happy ! Last week, some of our team participated in the Make-A-Wish Golf Tournament ⛳️

Our marshmallow long drive contest — where golfers had to swing opposite-handed — may have produced some questionable shots, but the laughs were worth it. More importantly, events like this help support Make-A-Wish Foundation and the incredible impact they make for children and families in need.

Proud to be part of a day that brings people together for a great cause.

8 years and still one of our favorite traditions. Great weather, plenty of crawfish, and enough napkins to make everyone think twice about wearing white. Thanks to everyone who came out to this year’s WGC Crawfish Boil!

Happy ! Another industrial warehouse project complete.

We’re proud to officially wrap up this 100,000 SF industrial facility in DeSoto County. This state-of-the-art warehouse includes a large refrigerated storage area, secure vaults, office space, and a two-story mezzanine designed to support long-term operational efficiency.
The fully climate-controlled facility also features backup generator support to help ensure reliable, uninterrupted performance for the end user.

Shoutout to Pickering Firm, Inc. for their work as the design team on this project, along with our team and trade partners who helped bring this facility across the finish line.

We’re proud to spotlight a recently completed tenant infill for in East Memphis. This project featured some beautiful finishes and was designed to create a relaxing, welcoming environment for ZüpMed’s clients.

A very special this week!

Yesterday, we had the chance to celebrate a special milestone in the office, Dan Walker’s 75th birthday.

We surprised him with cake, a few laughs, and a moment to reflect on everything he’s built. From founding Walker General Contractors in 1977 to shaping the team and culture we have today, his impact is felt in every project and every relationship.

As we look ahead to celebrating 50 years in business next year, it is a reminder that none of it happens without the foundation he put in place. Hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Grateful for the legacy, and even more grateful we still get to celebrate moments like this together.

Excited to be kicking off the project at the former Railgarten site.

This one’s been a lot of walking, talking, and working through the vision long before anything ever hit the ground—and that’s what makes projects like this meaningful.

These are the before pictures, and we’re looking forward to bringing this space to life as a place built for the whole family—good food, great atmosphere, and somewhere to spend real time together.

This employee entrance and lobby renovation brings together modern design, improved security, and a more functional daily experience for their team, inside and out.

This is one of several phases we’ve completed at this location, and we’re proud to continue building on that progress.
