Another and another project underway with a repeat client!

We’re completing a sizable parking lot expansion for a repeat client in Collierville to help accommodate their continued growth.

We’ve been fortunate to work with this team on several projects over the years, and it’s been great to see their operation continue to grow. We’re grateful for their continued trust in us and excited to be back on site!

A little sneak peek for this week’s 👀

We’re wrapping up a new pediatric doctor’s office in Southaven, with tile work complete and final painting underway.

The finish line is in sight, with final inspection right around the corner. Looking forward to sharing the finished space soon!

Today took us all over Memphis, checking in on projects at every stage of construction.

📍 Stomping Grounds 901 with the ownership team, our field staff, and UrbanARCH to review progress and keep things moving forward.

📍 CMDS to see the finished restroom renovation. Thanks to 4F Design for helping bring the interior finishes together.

📍 Sneak peek at Good Fortune Co. expansion on South Main, where walls are just starting to go up in the adjacent space. Excited to partner with cnct. design as this one comes to life.

📍 Another sneak peek at Poplar Plaza, where we’re completing the make ready for an exciting new retail tenant.

It’s always fun seeing projects from planning, to completion, to the exciting early stages of what’s next.

Happy !

We're excited to kick off another renovation in the heart of the Collierville Town Square! We are completing a white box renovation of Suite 124 along with improvements to Suites 120 and 122, preparing these spaces for future tenants.

The photos show the existing wood floor system being removed so it can be rebuilt, while temporary steel bracing supports the historic masonry walls during construction.

We're also excited to partner with cs studio architecture. After several successful projects together, we're looking forward to adding another one to the list.

Last week, part of our team had the opportunity to attend the grand opening of Patrick Accounting’s new headquarters.

While the team is still putting on the finishing touches, the major work is complete, and they were able to officially open their doors and showcase their incredible new space. The office features ample private offices, an open cubicle workspace that encourages collaboration, a large training room for company meetings and presentations, a kitchen and breakroom with arcade games, a fitness studio, podcast studio, and even a fully stocked bar, just to name a few of the highlights.

The Patrick Accounting team is made up of outstanding people, and it’s no surprise they’ve experienced such impressive growth over the years. It was a privilege to help bring their vision to life, and we’re proud of the finished product.

A special thank you to the team at 4FDesign and JT for their collaboration throughout the project. Great projects are built on strong partnerships, and we’re grateful to have been part of this one.

We’re proud to share that one of our latest projects for Bank of Holly Springs is almost move-in ready.

We worked alongside a great design team at AERC PLLC to transform a former Fred’s building in downtown Holly Springs to a vibrant modern office to support the treasury team at the Bank of Holly Springs.

Adaptive reuse projects are always challenging, but the end results are worth it. Excited to see this team move into their new space and continue making an impact on their community!

Today, we had the privilege of celebrating the grand opening of FNB Tupelo Bank’s newest location at 3416 West Main Street in Tupelo, MS.
