Sometimes the best projects test you every step of the way – this is a story about refusing to quit when obstacles keep appearing.
Last August, we shared how excited we were to help bring this iconic Tops BBQ location back to life after the February 2025 fire.
Then when we were about 75% complete, the unthinkable happened... another fire.
Work came to a halt once again. What followed were months of insurance headaches, investigations, demolition and cleanup, new permits, and to top it off… the winter ice storm.
There were plenty of opportunities to get discouraged, but everyone stayed the course. A special thank you to Bryan, Randy, Hunter, and the entire Tops team. Thank you for trusting us through an incredibly challenging 18 month journey.
This location is the oldest Tops in the chain, and we are honored to have had the opportunity to write the next chapter of its story.
