Dee brings 15 years of experience in home services, with a track record of building high-performing recruiting strategies that support both field and leadership teams across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses. She has led talent acquisition at scale, developing the frameworks, processes, and infrastructure needed to hire hundreds of roles across multi-partner organizations.​

At Redwood, Dee will lead recruiting and retention strategy across our Partner Companies, leveraging technology, strengthening sourcing approaches, and coaching leaders to improve hiring outcomes and long-term team stability.​

Redwood Services recently launched its in-house training and development program, Connection University, led by industry-renowned trainer Dave Boduch. The initiative is designed to support the growth and development of Redwood’s more than 2,600 teammates across the country.​

In February, Connection University hosted its first course, bringing together contact center leaders from ten Redwood Partners for several days of hands-on learning and collaboration. The program focused on the core skills and leadership capabilities needed to succeed in the Contact Center Manager role, while also creating space for participants to share challenges, insights, and best practices with peers across the Redwood network.​
