The Reelin’ For Good Big Bass Tournament presented by the Valero Memphis Refinery proved once again that the biggest catch is measured in impact.

We recently presented United Way of the Mid-South with a $406,000 check, bringing our four-year total to more than $1.2 million for the Mid-South community.

Thank you to our business and community partners, Bill Dance, Sardis Marina, the Valero Fishing Team, Team Valero and everyone who cast a line, volunteered, cooked or cheered us on.

We’re honored to receive a Hero Award from Shelby County!

When Winter Storm Fern brought the county to a standstill, Shelby County EMA called - and we answered. We were proud to fuel a few TDOT trucks that needed fuel to clear the roads.

At Valero Memphis, 26% of our refinery team, 73 incredible individuals, are proud veterans who bring leadership, discipline, and integrity to work every day.

This Veterans Day, we’re grateful not only for their service to our country, but also for the continued impact they make here at home. Over the weekend, Valero employees and their families volunteered at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery to honor our fallen heroes and prepare the grounds for Veterans Day.

Thank you to all who served, and to all who continue to serve through their actions in our community.

We're still buzzing from our 3rd annual Big Bass tournament benefiting United Way of the Mid South!

The numbers are IN and they're INCREDIBLE:
• Over $320,044 raised for our community
• Amazing support from Valero employees, contractors & local heroes
• Legendary angler Bill Dance joined us again - sharing his passion for conservation with all our participants

Our employees just wrapped up our annual Week of Caring - an amazing tradition where Valero Memphis employees volunteer at various United Way agencies where we live and work. From restoring grounds at multiple locations to ripping out old floors and laying down fresh new ones, our team brought serious energy to every project.

We didn't stop there. We collected school supplies for local kids and distributed over 20,000 diapers to families in need. Seeing our crew roll up their sleeves and make a real difference, that's what it's all about!

We're proud to partner with United Way of the Mid-South - not just with our contributions, but with our hearts and hands too.
