New head drum lagging in the beginning of the week with fresh liner for the head section way up north(which I forgot to grab a picture before closing it up)! Then ended the week with replacing wear parts for Hutchinson sweeps + a gearbox for a GSI sweep. Been a long hot week for out guys but we beat the heat! Now to enjoy the long weekend with friends and family!

As we get closer to harvest the time to get your equipment dialed in is now! Don’t wait till the last minute. We got one of our local farmers dialed in for this upcoming harvest and added a Brock grain pump from their new wet bin. A long with a custom 3 way overflow. Good clean work done quickly! For the past week we’ve been getting this conveyor ready for a good customers of ours. Hardest part of this job was making sure all the parts were in line & measurements were correct. 2x8x 1/2 I beams with the 4x4x1/4 kickers hold all the weight of the conveyor. So we can ensure the bins do not have too much pressure on the roofs & mess with their structural integrity. Now to get that 12” spout on it so the electricians can come do their part!

Haven’t been able to post much for a couple weeks due to being so busy! Last week we spent a day up north replacing a turn head & spinning this 8” spout! For our good friends at Ag View. Fun fact we turn spouts every couple of years so the customer can get the full life out of these pipes and not get holes.

Another hot one today, but the heat doesn’t stop us from getting it done! Getting all the parts needed built, & painted in house before being installed! We are installing a 14,000 bushel conveyor on top of a row of 16k bushel bins!
