Atherton progress
Basement is poured, stripped, and officially ready for the next phase.
This is one of those milestone moments where the project shifts from excavation to vertical construction. Waterproofing and backfill are up next, then we’re framing and watching this home take shape fast.

From dirt to dream home! 🏡✨ Today, I took our amazing assistant office coordinator out for a behind-the-scenes look at the custom home building process. We explored a site prepped for excavation, a home nearing completion, and one currently being deconstructed to make way for something new.

Every project tells a story, and it’s incredible to witness the journey from the ground up. Excited to bring these visions to life! 🔨💡
