This group is full of future talent headed into all kinds of careers—and who knows, we might just see them back here one day as part of the Caterpillar family!

Ashtyn Patneaude is heading to NWTC, majoring in Automation Engineering. This is Ashtyn’s first summer with us—glad to have you on the team!

Nickolas Hruska will be going to UW–La Crosse, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Cybersecurity. This will be Nick's first summer with us-welcome aboard, Nick!

Trevor Verba is heading to NWTC, majoring in Automation Engineering. Trevor is new to the Caterpillar team this summer-we're excited to have you with us, Trevor!

Torrin Davis attends UW Oshkosh, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance. Torrin is joining us for his second summer—welcome back, Torrin!

Tanner Theuerkauf will attend Northern Michigan University, majoring in Marketing. Tanner is joining us for his first summer at Caterpillar-welcome to the crew, Tanner!

🎉 Celebrating an Incredible Milestone! 🎉

Today we had the honor of celebrating Tani Anderson’s 30th Anniversary with Caterpillar!
Tani joined us from the Dixon, IL facility back in 2014 and has continued to make a lasting impact. She has contributed her talents in Quality and, more recently, in Supply Chain, bringing dedication and excellence to everything she does.

Beyond her work, Tani is known as everyone’s biggest cheerleader—always ready with encouragement and a smile that can brighten anyone’s day.

We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team and appreciate all she’s done over the past 30 years. Here’s to celebrating you, Tani, and this amazing milestone! 👏💛

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms in our workplace and throughout our community! 💖

This week at CAT, we were proud to celebrate the incredible moms who do so much every day with our Muffins for Mom event.
Employees enjoyed delicious muffins and fresh fruit, and had the option to take a muffin home in a to‑go container to share with their mom as a small token of appreciation.

We’re grateful for all that moms do—at work, at home, and everywhere in between. Wishing you a wonderful Mother’s Day! 🌷

What an incredible day at the Career Fair! 🎉
Jenny and Miranda had the opportunity to attend the Career Fair at Menominee High School today, and it was a huge success! With over 600 students in attendance from a variety of local schools, the energy in the gym was amazing.

Our booth was a busy one—kids loved the bean bag board and prize spinner, which were both big hits and kept students coming back for more while learning about career opportunities. Events like this are such a great way to connect with students, spark conversations about future careers, and show them the many paths available right here at Caterpillar.

Thank you to everyone who helped organize this event and to all the students who stopped by to say hello—we loved meeting you! 👏✨

Some of our team members had the opportunity to attend NWTC Marinette’s Master of Their Craft competition yesterday, and it was great to see local students showing off their skills!🔧

Students took part in hands-on skills challenges and were judged on functionality and neatness across several trades. One of our team members even had the chance to judge the live wiring challenge, getting an up-close look at the talent and attention to detail these students bring to their work.

Following the competitions, a mini job fair was held where students could connect with local companies, learn about different career paths, and see what opportunities are available right here in the area.

We always appreciate chances like this to support skilled trades, connect with future talent, and be involved in our community! 🙂
