For many manufacturers, gundrill grinding is viewed primarily as a maintenance function. While properly sharpening a gundrill extends tool life and reduces tooling costs, it also provides valuable feedback about the drilling process itself.

Investing in precision goes beyond our machines.

UNISIG upgraded three rooftop air conditioning units serving our grind shop and technology center to provide improved temperature control for critical manufacturing and application development activities.

The unit placement was completed in just 90 minutes thanks to the coordination and professionalism of the local crane and service crews. Projects like this are a reminder of why we're proud to be part of the Menomonee Falls community. As we continue investing in our facility, we're fortunate to have experienced local partners who help keep those improvements moving efficiently.
