King of the Outlaws
We have come up with an award at Outlaw to try and show some of the appreciation we have for the people and teams that have put their faith in our products.
This award has nothing to do with sales or sending people our way to purchase our equipment. It has nothing to do with personal relationships or monetary gain. The award is for a person or team that, with passion and pursuit, has accomplished or is well on their way to accomplishing their high goals in the BBQ world. Equally, if not more importantly, this award is weighted heavily on how this team represents Team Outlaw.
We believe that hard work and determination can accomplish any goal one sets for themselves. We also believe that being a good person, treating people fairly, and being humble with your success are traits that everyone admires.

A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.
Paul and Lynn Keltner of Rooters-n-Tooters BBQ , are a perfect example of what this award stands for. They have set their goals high and went out and achieved them.
Even more importantly, they have done it the right way. Spent years sharing their knowledge with others and lifting up the people around them, all while treating every team, big or small, like family. Their reputation in the BBQ community is even stronger than their list of accomplishments.
Myself and all of are honored to celebrate your success and thank you for representing the world of competition BBQ with such class and humility.
It was an honor, and a very emotional moment, to watch Janky Leg BBQ present the second ever King of the Outlaws award in person!
Each “trophy” builds on the legends that came before it, and Rooters-N-Tooters now joins Janky Leg BBQ on the "firebox cap map."
