last Friday , we celebrated Ryan for earning his Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing/Business. Ryan has been a valued member of the Midwest Spring team for more than two decades, and his commitment to learning, growing, and helping our company succeed is something we’re incredibly proud of.

To celebrate both Ryan’s accomplishment and what is shaping up to be a successful second quarter, our employees took a break from their normal lunch routine to enjoy some of the best BBQ in Kosciusko County, courtesy of Midwest Sprinf ( Hogs Are Wild BBQ )

It was a great opportunity to slow down, enjoy a fantastic meal, and spend time together as a team.

Our newest investment is officially up and running orders! We’ve added a Simco Coiler YJ-160 to our production floor, and it’s already running jobs and adding capacity.

This machine allows us to process wire sizes from .312" to .625", helping us reduce lead times, increase throughput, and take on more new work while continuing to deliver the quality our customers expect.

Investments like this reinforce our commitment to growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We’re excited about what this means for our customers and the new opportunities ahead!

On 1/5/24 we celebrated David Hoagland's ( AKA - Hoagie ) Retirement. David worked for MWS in 2 stents starting in 1976. David was a big part in training new employees and we valued his loyalty to MWS over the many years. Join us in wishing David congrats on his new journey!
