💪🏽 The misconceptions were put to bed. Female owned means female owned. And Kim Gilmore made sure of it.

When her now husband Dan and another partner looked into getting their business certified as women and minority owned, Kim knew it had to be much more than lip service. 👏🏽

That was the sentiment that many in the room felt on May 21st when ACS owner Kim Gilmore helped lead a discussion about getting women and minority businesses certified for government contracts. 💼✨

The certification helps minority businesses get noticed when they could have otherwise been overlooked, and helps business owners get into rooms they normally wouldn’t have access to. 🚪📈
