Here is a Tankless Water Heater we installed for a local restaurant 💧 🔥

They were running out of hot water with their small electric tank, so we installed a Rinnaie commercial 199KBTU water heater.

Now they have unlimited hot water for all of their cleaning needs! 🧽 🫧

Here is an extremely old Bryant furnace.

The gas solenoid is stuck open (which happens on a 100 year old furnace 👵🏼) causing furnace to run away.

When we arrived, the house was 118 degrees, and the toilet was 130 degrees! 🌡️ 🔥 😳

We “modernized” this furnace with a combination gas valve.

Modern gas valves fail to the “off” position to prevent overheating 🥵

This customer got a new 2-stage Armstrong 97% efficient furnace 🔥 and a Honeywell 20 x 25 x 4 high performance air cleaner 💨

While we were there, we replaced the water heater as well (40/40 Bradford White) 💧 🔥

Armstrong has a 10 year warranty and stainless steel heat exchangers. This customer will be comfortable for many years to come.

If you didn’t know, we install Tankless Water Heaters! 💧 🔥

This client wanted to replace their 33-year-old Rudd water heaters.

The building has since been converted from its original use, and no longer requires 200 gallons of water.

By switching to tankless, not only did they save about 20% on cost 💰 , but they also gained floor space and efficiency!

This is a one pipe steam boiler
I have found previous repairs to be subpar and very comical
When it comes to steam boiler repairs, I always go back with extra heavy fittings and schedule 80 black pipe
This job was all threaded with a vintage threader that I got on Facebook marketplace for 40 bucks everything turned out beautifully and repaired correctly
