Growing again to serve you better!

Mill-Rose recently broke ground on an expansion project that will add 32,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and production space to its 70,000 sq. ft. Clean-Fit Products’ facility in Mentor, Ohio.

The groundbreaking follows a recent 5,000 sq. ft. expansion of the company’s production facility in 2023 and will increase overall production/warehousing space to 105,000 sq. ft., creating a state-of-the-art distribution center. The expansion is scheduled for completion in late Fall of 2024 and will be fully operational in 2025.

Strong demand for Mill-Rose brushes, abrasives, PTFE sealants and specialty tools, including Blue Monster® professional-grade products, has fostered the company’s expansion. In recent years, Clean-Fit Products has experienced explosive growth with its Blue Monster® product line.

Want a leg up on the competition?!?! 😍 John did. He says "I have been using your products since the supply houses in Pennsylvania first carried them, maybe 2010 or so, now I'm in California and I'm still using the best Teflon and pipe dope I have ever used to help stop leaks from threads on water and gas lines. Years later the dope is never hard as a rock like all others." He is such a fan he now has the BLUE MONSTER permanently tattooed on his leg.
