M.E. Osborne is proud to partner with Signature Health for their newly constructed Signature Health Painesville Campus. The campus will ultimately provide approximately 5,000 new patients with care each year. Services will include family practice, internal medicine, OB-GYN services, psychiatry, dentistry, disease screening and prevention services, counseling, and substance abuse treatment.

M.E. Osborne Construction worked closely with Signature Health and the Development Fund of the Western Reserve (DFWR) on the complete renovation of a 32,000 square feet office building into their new state-of-the-art medical complex. DFWR’s financial support included $6.5M in federal and $1M in state New Markets Tax Credits to this project. By providing care to an underserved area, the Painesville Health Campus is well-positioned to improve Lake County’s medical and economic well-being for years to come.

This week's feature is Heilind Electronics located in Mentor, OH. This gorgeous 180,000 square foot state of the art distribution center is an industrial design-build. The facility features a carrier service delivery area that includes 15 truck delivery bays with the ability to add an additional 11 bays, a 5,450 foot long conveyer belt system, 42' ft clear height, second-story offices, and a four-story pick module connected to multiple kitting stations, among other unique thought-based features. It was named Industrial Building of the Year by the city of Mentor 2019. We are proud to have partnered with Arkinetics and Heilind on this project.

We are also thrilled to announce that Heilind, M.E. Osborne, and Arkinetics will be featured in the upcoming January 2022 issue of Properties Magazine!

Some great shots of the steel going up at Buyers Products' 300,000sf warehouse expansion. At a height of 67ft, this warehouse is one of the tallest single-story warehouses in Cleveland.

Many challenges had to be overcome to bring this project to life, including: stabilizing unsuitable soils, pouring a sophisticated "superflat" floor at a tolerance less than a credit card thickness, sourcing the massive columns (there is only one company in the US with the ability to manufacture such large columns, plus they had to be railed in), upgrading utilities with no impact on existing operations and designing a unique yet functional metal and precast wall system. Building a big box is not as simple as it looks!
