This one’s a little special.

Back in 2018, before he became his own boss, before Barrick Construction, before what is now Barrick Built LLC, Cody had a hand in building this home from the ground up.

Framing, interior finishes, and the original porch.

Now he’s back, enclosing the porch, setting windows, and building onto something he helped create from the beginning.

Built with intention then and built the same way now.

Simple subway tile and it made a big difference in this space.

Eric has career day today at his daughter’s school!

His wife put together these sweet little gift bags for the kids.

He shows up ready to work and learn every day, and that doesn’t go unnoticed. Proud to have him alongside us here at Barrick Built.

Tore out the existing hardwood and installed new throughout. Everything laid out to flow clean through the space and bring it back to life.

Custom built to fit this space exactly. Solid, practical, and made to hold up over time.

This one changed the whole feel of the kitchen.

This project included a full master shower with penny tile flooring, a new tub surround in the secondary bath, a custom herringbone backsplash in the kitchen, and a decorative tile feature around the fireplace.

Each space had its own style, but everything came together clean and detailed.

This was a full rework of a bathroom that had outgrown its original layout. The garden tub was removed, the space rebuilt, and finished with custom tile and a freestanding soaking tub. The result is a bathroom that feels calm, open, and spa-like without losing function or purpose.

We removed the old fiberglass tub/shower and vanity and replaced everything with clean, durable updates. This job included a new onyx shower system, new vanity and linen cabinet, new LVT flooring, pulling and resetting the toilet, and finishing it off with new baseboard trim. Big difference with a simple, functional layout and materials that will hold up long-term. Always good seeing a space come together like this.
