Accel operates two modern factories in CT, one in IN, and a new one being built in Florida. No prior wire fabricating experience is necessary...we will teach you.

At Accel, we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the potential for growth. You will start with $24 per hour and work your way up to $32 per hour in a few years! We also pay 6 months retainer bonus of $1,000 twice a year (back shifts) with an annual average bonus of $7,500 = total bonus opportunity up to $15,000 per year for high performing associates. We are looking for high-caliber candidates with previous machine operating experience in the manufacturing industry, and longevity in previous positions.

At Accel, we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the potential for growth. You will start at least $25 per hour and work your way up to $32 per hour or more in a few years! We also pay 6 months retainer bonus of $1,000 twice a year (back shifts) with an annual bonus of up to $7,500 = total bonus opportunity to $9,500 per year.
