Part 2: After!

Went with a weathered oak stain with bona natural seal then 2 coats of bona traffic satin on top
Also installed flush mount floor vents

Part 1: Before !

This is was a fun one old prefinished floor with deep micro bevel , object was to sand most of the bevel off without destroying the integrity of the floor

Good sz project finished up !

Installed and refinished new hardwood thru out the 1st floor (1600sqft) with flush mount vents , refinished 2 sets of stairs,
Then installed lvp in the basement and bonus rm above the garage ,

Stain is 1/2 fruitwood 1/2 country white
