At ESM, we pride ourselves on using cutting edge technology for every day work. 💡
This robot cell is capable of welding projects up to 160” long and 59” in diameter. The cell has rotating head/tail stock positioners on both sides of the robot arms. This allows us to be able to rotate parts 360 degrees to get them into the ideal weld position. Each set of positioners are rated up to 2,000 lbs. of capacity. While the robots are welding on one side of the cell, operators can load parts on the opposite side of the cell. This allows for more arc on time and efficiency.
