We do offer a general service that includes washing your condensing unit and checking out the operation along with your furnace on an annual basis. However, when we are backed up a more than a couple of days to a week - there are a couple of self service items you can do yourself, one of which is washing your condensing unit. Be sure to pull power first at the breaker box located near your condensing unit and then use a hose with a spray nozzle to clean out cottonwood and other debri along with dirt buildup. Be sure to continue spraying until the water runs clear. Believe it or not, some of our service calls have been just this simple step and everything else was running to its potential.

Big shout out to https://www.facebook.com/ups, we weren't here when they tried to deliver and I made arrangements to pick up our package around 6pm, then to our surprise the driver showed up and brought us our package after all!! We said thank you, thank you, thank you!! Now if we could just get phones and internet hooked up in our new location =( , thankfully they are still forwarded to my cell.
