Safer routes mean stronger community connections! The Neotsu to West Devils Lake Road Boardwalk project received the 2026 APWA Oregon Chapter Project of the Year Award at the APWA Oregon Chapter Fall Conference in the Transportation, Rural ($5M to less than $25M) category.

In partnership with the City of Lincoln City and K&E Excavating, Inc., Keller helped create safer, more accessible connections to schools, neighborhoods, parks, jobs, and recreation for the Lincoln City community.

Congratulations to Keller intern Darcy Whitehead. She was recently awarded an Undergraduate Scholarship by the Intermountain Section AWWA.

Darcy is a senior majoring in civil engineering, and the scholarship supports students pursuing careers in water quality, supply, and treatment throughout the Intermountain West.

She hopes to continue working on municipal water and wastewater projects in communities throughout Idaho.

Weโ€™re proud to see her hard work and dedication recognized.
