One of our favorite parts of home building is getting to see how our homeowners make each house uniquely their own after move-in.😍

Tyler and I were out checking on projects recently when we had the opportunity to stop by one of the homes we built last year in Weatherby Estates... and HOLY SMOKES!! My jaw literally dropped when we walked through the gate to their backyard. Their landscaping is absolutely incredible! 🙌

Their backyard has become the ultimate recreational retreat, complete with a pickleball court, covered pergola, walking and scootering path, multiple gathering spaces, and so many more thoughtful details.✨

Seeing a house transform into a home is one of the most rewarding parts of building. It was such a privilege to work with these homeowners, and it brings us so much joy to see them creating lifelong memories with their family in a home they dreamed of & that we had the honor of building.🖤

We had an amazing time at the Annual Pheasants Forever banquet last night! 🦆

Due to the weather being a bit unpredictable this weekend, the team behind the banquet made the call to switch gears and host this special event in our barndominium! 🖤

From the live music, live auction, great food/beverages, good company and more, The Pheasants Forever Banquet is an event we look forward to every year! 🙌

We are so happy we were able to help our neighbors and we would love to have the honor to host this event again in the future! ☺️

This custom home was thoughtfully designed to feel timeless, elevated, and full of character through layered millwork, soaring ceilings, natural light, and intentional detail woven throughout every space. 🖤

As home builders and interior designers, it was so much fun to put our own personalities into the floor plan and final finishes! ✨ Tyler and I wanted to create a space that represented Cowboy Chic with Old Victorian/Gothic vibes. 🐎🐄 🖤 🐈‍⬛️♟️

Tyler and I are SO excited to finally share the journey of building our dream home together on our farm! 🖤

I thought it would be fun to share the early stages of construction photos in this post. And then separately share photos taken at the end of the build when we painted the interior/exterior and installed the selection materials. 📸 😉

It's been quite the journey and we haven't shared any photos of the process until now. We are grateful to have made it to the end of this building journey and excited to finally share these special moments with you! 🖤
