Today I wrapped up this new NTI boiler system, giving this customer a major upgrade in comfort, efficiency, and reliability!

This system features:
♨️ 3 high temperature radiant heating zones
🚿 50 gallon indirect water heater
🔥 LP fired NTI boiler
🏠 Reliable, comfortable heat throughout the home

With rising fuel oil prices, this customer decided it was time to make the switch from oil to LP and upgrade to a modern, efficient heating system.

🔥 Two NTI Boiler Installations! 🔥

It’s been another busy stretch here at Top Tier Heating & Cooling, with two NTI boiler systems going in!

🏠 System #1: We replaced an old oil boiler with a new, efficient NTI boiler serving 3 high temperature radiant zones. This system also includes new baseboard heat and toe kick space heaters, giving the customer reliable and comfortable heat throughout the home.

🏠 System #2: This NTI boiler is designed for low-temperature infloor heating, providing that incredible, even warmth that you can feel from the floor up. There’s nothing quite like warm floors on a cold Wisconsin winter day! ❄️🔥

Both of these customers are now set up with dependable, efficient heating systems that should keep them comfortable for many years to come.

🔥 WHAT A CRAZY LAST 7 DAYS! 🔥

The last week has been absolutely WILD here at Top Tier Heating & Cooling! We’ve been keeping busy with furnace installs, multiple garage heater installs, an AC installation, and even a heat pump install! 💪🔥❄️

I’m incredibly thankful for all of the calls, referrals, and support from our customers. It’s been one heck of a stretch, and now it’s time to take a few days to recharge!

For the next few days, I’ll be available by text or email only while I take a little time off.

We’ll be back at it Monday and ready to hit the ground running!

The next few months are shaping up to be another crazy busy stretch, and we’re geared up and ready for it!

This week I helped another customer make their winters a whole lot easier! 🏠❄️

After 20+ years in their home, these homeowners decided it was finally time to say goodbye to their outdoor wood boiler and the long winter chore of cutting, hauling, stacking, and tending to wood every single day.

I installed a new NTI boiler to take its place, giving them a more convenient, reliable, and hands-off way to heat their home. No more heading outside every day in the middle of a Wisconsin winter just to keep the fire going! 🪵➡️🔥

After almost 6 weeks at the body shop, my work van is finally BACK! 🦌💥🚐

After hitting a deer and being without it for what felt like forever, I can’t tell you how good it feels to see this thing back on the road. I’m beyond excited to have my van back and ready to get back to work! 💪🔧

Definitely missed this thing! Let’s get back to business!

🔥 Another In-Floor Heat Job Wrapped Up! 🔥

Just wrapped up this in-floor heating install this morning, featuring 14 loops across 2 zones, one zone dedicated to the living quarters and the other to the garage.

Nothing beats the comfort of warm floors on those cold days! 🥶➡️🔥

The customer is super excited to start enjoying those warm floors very soon! We’re looking forward to seeing this system in action and keeping the space comfortable from the ground up.
