This Litchfield, NH gas station build that we completed for Aranco Oil is officially open for business 👊 This 4,800 sq ft full-service gas station features a convenience store, Dunkin’, Sal’s Pizza and 7 dispensers with 14 fueling positions.

This is the kind of job that really shows what we do best, full design-build general contracting from the first sketch to the final punch list. We specialize in the petroleum industry but also handle residential and commercial projects across NH, MA and ME.

Big thanks to our Construction Development Engineer, Dave Clark, and Project Manager, Cody Marquis, for leading this one from the ground up. This is going to be a great addition to the community and we’re proud to have built it.

Progress is moving quickly at our custom Lake Winnipesaukee home, and it’s exciting to see this project really taking shape. The second floor system is now underway, and each milestone is a reflection of the talented team behind the scenes. A great build starts with a solid foundation, and we’re grateful to Southern NH Concrete for setting the project up for success. It’s been a true team effort, with every trade working together to keep the project on schedule while maintaining the level of quality and craftsmanship our clients expect.

We’re looking forward to sharing more as this home comes together over the next several months!

If you’re planning a custom home, commercial project or renovation we’d love to talk. Contact Marquis Contracting Group for a consultation and follow along as we continue sharing progress from this build and many more.

Some projects are measured in square feet. Others are measured by the impact they’ll have for generations… Indian Rock Park is one of those projects.

Built to honor the rich history of Windham, New Hampshire, this park was made possible through the generosity of local families and the vision of AJ Letizio. Every path, stone, and gathering space was thoughtfully designed to create a place where the community can come together while preserving the stories that helped shape this town.

It was an honor for Marquis Contracting Group to bring this vision to life. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to build projects that become part of a community’s legacy.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make Indian Rock Park a reality. We can’t wait to see the memories made here for years to come.
