Progress is moving quickly at our custom Lake Winnipesaukee home, and it’s exciting to see this project really taking shape. The second floor system is now underway, and each milestone is a reflection of the talented team behind the scenes. A great build starts with a solid foundation, and we’re grateful to Southern NH Concrete for setting the project up for success. It’s been a true team effort, with every trade working together to keep the project on schedule while maintaining the level of quality and craftsmanship our clients expect.

We’re looking forward to sharing more as this home comes together over the next several months!

Some projects are measured in square feet. Others are measured by the impact they’ll have for generations… Indian Rock Park is one of those projects.

Built to honor the rich history of Windham, New Hampshire, this park was made possible through the generosity of local families and the vision of AJ Letizio. Every path, stone, and gathering space was thoughtfully designed to create a place where the community can come together while preserving the stories that helped shape this town.

It was an honor for Marquis Contracting Group to bring this vision to life. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to build projects that become part of a community’s legacy.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make Indian Rock Park a reality. We can’t wait to see the memories made here for years to come.

Yesterday we had the honor of attending the ribbon cutting for Indian Rock Park, a truly special addition to the Town of Windham. This park is more than just a beautiful place to gather. It’s a lasting tribute to Windham’s history, made possible through the generosity of local families who came together to preserve it for generations to come.

A heartfelt thank you to AJ Letizio for the vision and generosity to make this project a reality. It was a beautiful ceremony, and we’re incredibly grateful that Marquis Contracting Group had the opportunity to bring that vision to life as the general contractor for the project. As a New Hampshire small business, there’s nothing more meaningful than building projects that become part of the communities we call home.

Congratulations to everyone who made Indian Rock Park possible. We hope it will be enjoyed for many years to come!
