From concept to construction, delivered. 🦾

We have officially wrapped up er****on on our dual-structure municipal maintenance project in Peoria alongside Weitz Construction.

This 29,500+ SF facility is a masterclass in value engineering. We paired high-efficiency PEMB structures with a conventional steel canopy and integrated complex elements like bridge cranes, permanent safety systems, and a removable end wall for future building expansion. Plus, with R-38 roof and R-25 wall insulation, the facility is completely optimized for modern energy codes.

Our team is officially hitting the ground for an upcoming repair and improvement project on an existing pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) in Mesa, AZ.

This fast-track project requires surgical precision, featuring a complete overhaul of exterior doors, frames, and hardware, along with R-panel repairs. Inside, we are upgrading the structure with new metal liners and retrofit wall and roof insulation improvements.

The challenge? Executing all of these upgrades within a highly compressed 60-day schedule. We’re ready to deliver performance, precision, and quality—start to finish.

During OSHA's National Safety Stand-Down, we didn't just read the manuals—we put our gear to the test. Our team practiced deploying harness trauma safety straps in a controlled environment, ensuring everyone knows exactly how to respond if a fall occurs.

Alongside inspecting our physical gear, we spent time reviewing and writing our Fall Prevention & Rescue Plans. Having the paperwork down is crucial, but practicing the ex*****on is what saves lives.
