Okay… NOW it’s starting to look like something.

Secondary supports are in, and paneling is underway on our PEMB build for CHASSE in Tempe, AZ. We're moving seamlessly from structural steel to insulation, wall paneling, and roof panels, transforming a steel skeleton into an actual facility.

Every phase is sequenced around field safety, efficiency, and a weathertight finish built to perform for years to come.

Shh... Can you hear the steel speak?

With two cranes, our team lifted the structural PEMB roof assembly about two feet off the ground, and then everyone paused.

Why? Because steel talks.

A creak, a groan, or a shift, and just as importantly, the lack of them, gives an experienced steel er****on team critical feedback about how an assembly is responding under load.

So we listened.

Our crew monitored the structure, verified the lift, lowered the pod, reset for success, and then completed the final pick.

No rushing. No guessing. Just an experienced team paying close attention to the steel in front of them.

Oh man… we just love when a plan comes together!

Through rain and shine, from dawn until dusk, this Hualapai Nation project in Peach Springs has kept moving. Now, you can finally see the vision coming to life.

Combining PEMB and conventional structural systems, this building complex is taking true shape. Our crew is fitting final exterior panels and wrapping up trim around openings to prep for doors and windows, those final details that bring the whole design together.

Brilliant design. Exceptional craftsmanship. Perfect location.

Watching this project evolve stage by stage has been incredible, but the best part won't just be the finished structure, it'll be the memories made and stories shared inside it for years to come.

While masons shape the exterior walls of this Scottsdale PEMB build with Au' Authum Ki and Kitchell, our Fleming West crew is focused on roofing and metal panels. But the real work started long before we stepped on site.
