Old patch didn't adhere well to the drywall.
What do you do?

1. Scrape all loose debris
2. Prime the surface so your product sticks better to the surface
3. Retape and float so it's flat
4. Texture to match existing skip trowel texture.

Now its Paint ready.

Patios are notorious for drywall coming loose. There are multiple reasons for this, but in this particular case the Crack ran down the entire house so it was more of a settling/foundation issue that should always be fixed prior to any drywall work being done.

After re-securing the drywall with screws we retaped the joint, floated it out three different layers, and textured to match the existing skip trowel texture.

It's paint ready now!

We do big and small jobs!

New patio addition drywalled and textured to match the existing skip trowel texture.

Had to wait a weekend for the nail inspection but once it passed we were able to start taping it.

Last week we were able to texture and finish this garage to match the client's existing home of skip trowel texture.
