Completed demo on a brand spankin new house. Owners haven’t even moved in yet!

Cutting back the pantry shelves to add a walkway through to the kitchen, later we will enclose it as butler’s pantry and add some cabinets and beverage fridge.

Tore out the dizzying tile in the master bath and tore apart the shower to make it bigger and upgrade it to all tile.

We’re also adding a doorway from the laundry room to the master closet, a ton of new cabinets, and some soffits. This project is gonna be fun!

We are truckin along on this one! In just two days we have the shower/tub combo pulled, Hardy hung and ready for waterproofing, plumbing removed and swapped out for new fixtures and drain, bricks laid and new shower pan poured, old tile removed and floor prepped for new tile, vanity and countertops removed, and got the oversized mirror off in one piece.

Bet we will be finished by the end of the week!
