We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician for diagnoses, repairs, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, performing repairs, and explaining issues to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Identifying the root cause of malfunctions in HVAC systems.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers, explaining issues, and providing system maintenance guidance.
• Preventative Maintenance: Scheduling and performing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Emergency Repairs: Responding to and completing emergency repairs as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to industry codes and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications: 2 Year Experience required

• Valid drivers license is a must (NO DUI's)
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnostic Skills: Ability to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in HVAC systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in HVAC systems.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer Service Skills: Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with clients.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, climb, and work in various conditions.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
