Big thanks to for having us on and giving us the opportunity to share our story š
When I started this company over 20 years ago, I always knew I wanted to build something bigger than myself.
Something that could be passed down šŖ
But thereās one lesson Iāve always believed inā¦
You have to learn the work before you can lead the work.
The long days, the difficult jobs, and the problems that come up in the field.
Because in this industry, things donāt always go according to plan.
How you respond in those moments is what teaches you how to lead.
Thatās the legacy I want to leave behind for my son .monday
Not just a company, but the lessons, values, and work ethic that built it.
So one day he can pass those same things down to his son.
