Most people see our service trucks in the field. What they don’t see is the work that happens way before they hit the road.

Last week, we caught up with Brisbane and James in one of our fleet bays in Mesa, building out a new service truck for a Power Systems technician. Starting with a base chassis, our team transforms it into a fully equipped mobile service unit with every detail designed to support technicians wherever they go.

That means integrating onboard power generation, air compressor systems, advanced lighting, fuel and DEF systems, electrical controls, cranes, storage solutions, and custom-fabricated components built right here in-house.

This level of craftsmanship many people don’t realize happens here at Empire. Our Fleet team has developed the capability to function as a complete in-house body builder, creating service units that meet our standards.
