Our Northern California crew came together for their monthly all-hands meeting, bringing the team together for contract coordination, safety discussions, and operational updates.

When critical equipment starts failing, the job doesn’t end at 5:00.

For the last two nights, our team has been on site at Oak Grove Hospital helping keep an aging generator operational and the facility supported.

That meant late nights, troubleshooting alarms, checking temperatures, verifying performance, and staying with the problem until the system was stable. Adrian followed up again this morning to confirm everything was operating as it should.

The work isn’t always pretty, convenient, or scheduled — but when our customers need us, we show up.

That’s service. That’s commitment. That’s RSCS.

Our technicians run into situations in the field where experience, problem-solving, and a little creativity become just as important as the tools in the bag.
