Every rotor rebuilt in our shop is dynamically balanced using our new in-house ProBal Dynamic Balancing System.

In this example, the initial spin identified an imbalance (red). After precision material removal, the rotor was re-tested and verified within specification (green).

That means:

✔ Longer bearing life
✔ Improved reliability
✔ Confidence that your rebuild is ready to perform

During a routine vibration analysis, our technicians identified abnormal readings that pointed to failing thrust bearings on two Grasso 400 GL screw compressors. By catching the issue early, we were able to schedule and complete the bearing replacements before a catastrophic failure occurred.

The result:

* ✅ Two Grasso 400 GL compressors repaired
* ✅ Customer back in operation the same day
* ✅ Avoided extensive equipment damage
* ✅ Eliminated the potential need for a complete compressor rebuild
* ✅ Reduced downtime and significantly lowered repair costs

After the repairs were completed, we performed a follow-up vibration analysis to verify machine health. The results confirmed both compressors are operating smoothly and within acceptable vibration limits.
