Gilbert’s Next Coffee Spot Is Almost Ready

Better Buzz Coffee is going in at The Gilmore on Val Vista Drive, half a mile from the Loop 202 and down the road from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. The building is already standing in its black and white finish, and our crews are wrapping up the site work around it. It won’t be long before the morning rush lines up here.

A few minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport, with bays sized for businesses that need real space, this location made sense from day one. Back in August the lot was still dirt and the curbs were just going in. Now the paving is down and the first bays already have their lights on for someone new.

The Lavenue Shops have a brand new look on the outside. Not long ago this whole corner was dirt, and now it’s the kind of view that makes you slow down on the drive home.

Another Milestone at The Collective on Ocotillo.

Our crews just finished the Building D footing pour, completing the foundations for all four buildings. What started with groundbreaking in Queen Creek is now taking shape as a new medical office development, and we will keep sharing the progress along the way.

Caldwell County BBQ is taking shape in north Scottsdale.

The last time we shared this project, our crews had taken the former Red Robin down to the shell. Now new framing is up around the building as we turn the space into a new Caldwell County BBQ location. Proud to keep this one moving.

Fresh concrete is down and this corner is about to get a lot busier.

They were pouring by 6 AM on Happy Valley Road, and the crew spent the rest of the day on finish work. This retail center will include a restaurant, a coffee shop, a bakery, and a couple of wellness spots on the way.
