Happy Birthday to our COO, Nathan Dick. Since the beginning, he has been the guiding force that drives our company forward. He is always raising the bar and elevating our vision. His ability to think about the future, make plans for the company and each of its employees, and successfully execute those plans is second to none. He truly is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way. The quote that comes to mind to represent him is: "The opposite of courage in our society is not cowardice, it's conformity." Thank you Nathan for your courage to fight against conformity and your willingness to sacrifice and empower others!
