All done with robs 99 OBS Dually

Truck is setup on our 5/7 kit, spindle springs up front.
Out back, axle flip kit, carrier bearing spacer,shock mounts and 4 piece weld in Underbed notch. Our 22” big hole custom cut tuck wheel set up powdercoated black. Full front end rebuild and alignment, KYB shocks front and rear.

Happy Tuesday,

Boots on the ground for Jason’s 99 short bed Dually.

This one comes to us in pieces thoughtfully dubbed the .. “pieces Dually”.

Time gets away from all us so he enlisted us to get this pig across finish line.

Set up on an old iteration of our front a rear Dually kits, which is humbling to have come back thru as it is still a fantastic kit 💯

Up front we cleaned up and finished the firewall tubs, stripped the suspension off as we needed to clearance the spring pocket some more and get this truck equipped with our frame box plates. Cleaned and painted the rails as well.

Out back, Existing bridge plate was warped so we cut it out and put a new one in, relocated one air tank under the cab to give way for our hidden hitch assembly, coated the frame, had the rear suspension powder-coated and reassembled. Gas tank modified and sealed.

Air system plumbed, current accuair brain replacing the R10 legacy system, new power ground leads, our abs delete / combo valve installed and new brake lines throughout.

Interiors all put back together with no cracks in the dash too, this one will be getting an iPad transplanted in.

Rubber to earth for Kevin’s 95 OBS Dually.

Full chassis built in house, taking care of color. Built 6.0/4l80 from .

Up front modified version of our Dually kit to atone to the bodydrop / big brakes. Out back set up on a wishbone 4 link system. Narrowed and built rear end, powdercoated to match the frame, made the fuel cell, 22” cathedral cut wheels, aforementioned little shop 16” big brake kit, hidden hitch, KYB shocks, steel braided air lines and slam bags front and rear.

Happy Wednesday

Finally crossed a finish line with this 99 suburban 2500

Truck is set up on our front Dually a arms and in house built rear suspension utilizing a factory 2 door Tahoe fuel tank out back behind the axle. 24” provided wheels with our billet center caps also setup with our hood strut kit and rear disc brake conversion.
Built the Front sheet metal, air intake and rear sheet metal floor and tubs, we raptor lined underneath. built an enclosure to house the battery access pocket. made bumper mounts for the econoline bumper. Access panels to get to the bags and fuel pump, 3 total air tanks 2 on “display” 1 underneath the cab leaving the brain / valve exposed to “show off” and get to in a pinch if required.

“Wow! this guys got accuair” they all say in unison

Initially the intent was to use the aftermarket conversion fenders but the scaling sucked and the vibes were down.. so we got into some factory Dually fenders and made those work for us.

All done with 87 C30

Front is setup on our in house built front suspension, 16” brakes,, in house built front sheetmetal we raptor lined aswell as the firewall. Removed the existing 5.3 / 4l60 for a 6.0 /4l80, with a vintage air install to follow with an assist from

Moving inside new carpet, had the headliner recovered with assistance from . We sound deadened the roof and floor, dyed plastics and gauges. came through with new glass and regulators, provided the door / window seals, led headlights / taillights and markers, front / rear bumpers and grille also installed new exterior doorhandles.

Out back setup on our “Kit” non gooseneck rear suspension, we raised the bed floor created a hatch for maintenance.. and swag ... In house built sheetmetal tubs, dyed raptor liner sprayed in house, little shop 16” brakes, fuel tank, .fabrication taillight fuel fill, assist with the exhaust, alignment and shocks aswell front and rear.. cannot be rolling around shockless in the big 26… cmon man

All done with 2016 chevy 1500, again..?

Truck is now set up on 16” brake kit also utilizing their hub spacer to keep the rotor from kissing on the lower ball joint cup. Additionally, we made 3/4” narrower control arms as with the combination of the goofy offset wheel and hub spacer… it required us to make narrower control arms.

Shaved fuel door, cleaned up rock chips and resprayed front clip with help from Joey.

Skylar’s 72 F100 sunbathing as we are ready to pull this truck apart, final weld fit/finish and get everything in color.

Front suspension and cradle all built in house utilizing a C10 spindle , Cut out the existing rails for narrower ones, blue print motor sitting on scratch built motor mounts, repurposed the rack and sway bar.. new bed mounts out back we also repurposed the existing link bars and made new mounting locations alongside a branded bridge plate with a watts link

Front and back setup with universal air 6L bags, fox shocks , rears equipped with reservoirs, 14” little shop brake kit rolling around on 24/26 intros, aluminum drive shaft, 4 viair 485c compressors, 2 universal air RGB air tanks, airlift 3p management..
